What Is California’s Lemon Law?
California’s Lemon Law is a consumer protection statute that holds manufacturers accountable for selling defective vehicles. It applies when a vehicle has a defect that substantially affects its use, value, or safety and cannot be repaired after a reasonable number of attempts.
